Who holds the keys?
We do, in a locked cabinet, tagged by spot number only. No names, no plates. Cars are moved inside the building only, by one designated person, never on the road. Mileage is documented on video at intake and release so you can check it yourself.
Where are you located?
We are at 4 Niblick Rd in Enfield, CT, just off I-91 on the CT/MA line. Easy access from Hartford County & Western Massachusetts.
Is the storage indoors?
Yes. Every vehicle is stored inside our secure building. We do not offer outdoor or open-lot storage.
Is the building climate controlled?
Yes. The building is indoor, climate controlled, trusted & clean: dry, fully enclosed & out of the sun, held at a steady temperature that is easy on a stored vehicle. Your battery stays on a tender all season, so the car is ready to start when you are.
Can I visit my vehicle?
Yes, access by appointment, 7 days a week. Just reach out ahead of time & we will have your vehicle accessible when you arrive.
How long can I store my vehicle?
As long as you need. We offer month-to-month terms & year-round storage at $3,600 a year, all four seasons: store for the winter, a vacation or a big storm, & renew year to year to keep your spot. The first 12 owners can lock in the Dirty Dozen Deal founding rate of $2,500 a year for 3 years.
What vehicles do you accept?
Cars of all kinds, from daily drivers to classics & exotics, plus motorcycles. If you have something unusual, ask & we will let you know if it fits.
Do I need my own insurance?
You should keep your own comprehensive coverage on any stored vehicle. We are happy to talk through the details when you reserve a space.
How do I reserve a spot?
Send us a note through the contact page with what you drive & when you want to start. Winter spots are limited, so reach out early.
